How to Book

Contact us: Communication is the key to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Provide us with some basic details using our online booking form and someone will contact you to discuss your plans in a little more detail and can provide a no-obligation quote. However, if you’d rather phone, then you can do that instead.

Confirmation: Once everything has been agreed we will confirm everything by e-mail and ask you to confirm by return that you are happy to engage us for your event.

Site Visit: We will then meet you at your venue to discuss the finer details of the day, with both yourselves and the venue management.

Choice of music:  Park Lane Big Band plays a wide variety of music and we’d be happy to send you a comprehensive list of songs in our current repertoire.

Deposit & Payment: We will ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking with the remainder to be paid on the day.
